0 because you can no longer get drinks or food. I need to also know how to transfer my points over to the new app/card I have 669pponts on the old app that I can't seem to transfer over. Help

Received a rewards card today 1-5-2017 Was told to register it an get a app to come up so I could register it...please help

Would give this zero stars if I could. app is still broken even with new update. wont even make it past the striped screen.

This app is less than useful. I went to go play the matching game and got to turn over two cards and the game ended. Hardly seems worth the time or memory.

This app is amazing. The people complaining dont know how to use it properly.... Wait until your plays build up to 5, and match your cards- check in when ever you can.. You can get so much free food. Honestly Im young and struggling with money, and on days where Im frazzled about how Im going to get something to eat I can at least get a free fry (or a sandwich if I have enough points). thats just an amazing service for a company to offer. Im thankful.

I really like this app as I have gotten a lot of freebies. It worked fine until the last update where now it shows I have a notification that wont go away. Its annoying having that little red "1" showing constantly. It is slow to load but for the amount of free stuff I cant complain about that. Please fix the notification issue that just started after the latest update!

Update 2/5/16 The update didnt help This notification wont go away. I have opened every tab and theres nothing. Notifications are annoying.?

upon downloading the app, I expected to continue playing the match game, but it was completely wiped from the app!!! why wasnt that mentioned in the app as a change before you made the change? Why should it take this long , for VERGE(nc)/royal farms to correct the problem with this app? I posted my review and notified corporate more than 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done to fix the app problem. not only is this a bad reflection but it is also poor customer service.

App working fine for the most part..except on a few occasions when it refuses to give me more plays. However, beginning Sunday April 19th when I try to open the app it only loads to the orange screen to update promos and continues to swirl endlessly never passing that point. I deleted the app and reloaded but this did not fix the problem. Help!!!

Newest version 2.7.8 dont allow you to check in. Gives you an error of unable to contact server. Dont download or update till fixed or you wont be able to check in!

I love this app but with this "update" it loads slower and I can no longer check in. When I try to check in it says Error could not connect to the server; maybe you need a better connection? Yeah, I have five bars, so maybe you should fix your app.

So I have 650 points and now ever single time I open the app is tells me to register. Get your app together cause your update broke it. And you should probably give proper free plays for that crap. Fix it.

Good deals and free food - when it works. Unfortunately, they like to lay down a release and take off for the weekend. I also cant check in and get the unable to contact server error, then get the white screen of death when I try to report it!!

Why did your update "fix" my ability to check in? My internet connection hasnt changed. Please fix your app

Unable to check in even when at a RF store. Error message states NO internet connection but WIFI good??? Was working fine last week but now doesnt work at all. Please HELP. Neat app when it works!!

Loved this app but the update "broke" the app and it is unusable. App needs a patch/update.

This app has been horrible from the beginning. Several crashes and now a complete kick out of the app completely. I think they realize people were earning points and getting free coffees etc., but at the same time dont they realize that people were still spending the money in there? Horrible app and if not fixed and I dont get all those points back to use, no more Rofo for me!
